My estimator Darrell kept me updated every step of the way and truly cared about helping after my accident. Patrick, my previous estimator, was also excellent. Even though my car was totaled this time, I appreciate their transparency and compassion. Both are great assets to Hewlett Collision Center. I was 8 hours away from home, set to return in the morning, and was t-boned by a drunk driver. I've never been in an accident before and I had no clue what to do. I called them the next morning, and Tim jumped right to work helping me navigate the entire process! He instructed me step by step on getting to the tow yard, getting the truck to his team, and even went above and beyond explaining the insurance process for me. I followed his guidance and he communicated with me often over the two months it took to get insurance to cover the damages. He kept me up to date and he was very pleasant; I enjoyed getting to know him over that time and I so appreciate everything he and his team did for me. They even got the truck over to get the oil changed for me before I came to pick it up, and did some work for prior damage we paid for out of pocket at a very reasonable price. With flights being the way they are right now, we weren't sure if we'd make it in time for pickup before they closed. He had a contingency plan in place for us just in case, but everything worked out. Once we open our plumbing company near Georgetown, they will be handling any work we may need (hopefully we won't, but if we ever do, we know who to go to)! As owner of a plumbing company, it’s a big deal to have a truck go down. I called Davis & he was able to have us repaired with ONLY ONE DAY DOWN! Drove by for inspection He called when parts were in Dropped off in morning & picked up the next! I’m beyond ecstatic Great Job, Great Service, Good price & basically NO down time! If I could give this review a thousand stars I would. We sustained some wicked damage to our truck, recently, after a rear tire blowout. After filing with insurance I started to search for where to take our vehicle. I contacted Don Hewlett Collision. My call led me to first speaking with Tim. I have never had to deal with insurance let alone any vehicle damage of this caliber so Tim was amazing with talking me through what would happen and how Don Hewlett Collision handles the process. We went ahead and scheduled our service. Our service advisor was Darrell. I dropped off the truck, Darrell went through everything with me, we walked through the damages and he then advised me of what would happen through the process also. Darrell was exceptional in keeping us informed with how the repairs were going. He even contacted us when insurance wanted to just replace our leaf spring with a used one and we all agreed NOPE not when our truck was a special order from the beginning with special springs. He didn’t have to do that at all, but this goes to show Darrell and Don Hewlett are here for the customer and not the insurance company. We were even due for an oil change at the time the truck was in the shop so they scheduled for that to be done while in for repairs!! Our truck was completed and ready for pickup on the day promised. When we went to take delivery of our truck it was literally brand new again!! I can’t say enough about the level of care and true concern delivered to us from Don Hewlett Collision.
